it is a good thing if bribing stops.to stop it active steps be done into without any flaws.people should be given some power to handle bribing they are the victim for this for many years.no way it will stop by its own. in my point of you govt. offices should be installed with video cameras wich will look upon the activities of officers.or else microphones should be placed hidden near the cabin of officers. people should be given more awareness how to stop the menace.
