I guess it depends on where you live, how old you are and if you can afford to pay for one. In most of the US, early terminations are legal but if you are under 18 you'll likely need one or both parents permission. If you can not get your parents permission, you can go to court for a waiver and clinics usually have an advocate that can help you with that process. If you are underage, you also have to figure out how you are going to get to a clinic. Generally there are no small town clinics, and one must travel to a bigger city. For a woman who doesn't drive living in a rural area that can be a big problem. Some private insurances will cover terminations, but not all will. If you have insurance you will need to find out if it's covered. If you do not have insurance you will need funds to cover the procedure, and they can be expensive. Some clinics offer sliding fee scales or other help for women who don't have insurance.
