Why is it that everyone seems to be angry nowadays?

is it just my perception or is really happening. it seems that everyone is just waiting for a spark to start a conflict. case in mind, i was just driving along one saturday morning, when this public jeepney (the typical public transportation we have here in the philippines), cuts me off and then immediately stops right in front of me just to pick up a passenger in the side of the road... it is a good thing that i was a bit cool headed that day, coz if i was easily irritated that day, i would also had cut him off, get out of my car carrying a baseball bat and swing it at his head at full force... but hey, one could only imagine since i'm not that hot headed.. with all the road rage, political, racial, and even religious conflicts around... i keep on wondering, why can't we all just get along? why should we always escalate something that can be solved by just talking in a quiet place into something that people might get injured and even killed? maybe it's just the way we are, or maybe society made us like this? what do you think?

yeah, when people do not have money, they tend to be so grumpy. i think its just normal to be feeling that way since we encounter a lot of life's challenges today. :)

People in general seem to be grumpy lately. The people in this town used to be very friendly, always saying hello, holding doors open, etc. But lately they would rather pick a fight with you than be polite.
