Child Advocacy

From what I know of it. It's a volunteer organization that offers an advocate to the courts for the child. What they do is come spend time with a child, observe their living conditions, emotional treatment, observe the total environment, note any abuses or family influences for the positive or negative and then give their evaluations to the courts.
