My Friend Wants to Marry a girl from Orphanage

My 26 year old christian friend who is presently working in a reputed institution wants to be got married. But he has dicided that he will marry a girl from an orphanage. and give her a good life.He didnt tell it his parents but he has discussed it with many of his friends. Most of the friends say that he should not do this because girls from orphanages are illegitimate children and hence will be of bad character. Is this true? He says his parents will acept whatever he decides so he wants to take right decision. Can you sugest?

That is just stupid to steriotype someone cause they are from an orphanage. Its what is on the inside. Alot of people lost parents due to something bad or they were just bad parents. Im sure some might be bad,but thats probably not why they are there. But I do believe he needs to be in love with this person not just feel sorry for them cause they are a orphan.

He should marry her not because he wants to give her a good life but because he loves her. And no, I highly doubt that she has bad character because she was raised in an orphanage. In the USA there are many, many illegitimate children. Some are bad and some are good. Just like all other children.
