how many hours do u sleep daily

hi frns. A sfor as me. i sleep 7 hours daily.. it makes good presence in the morning times.

I usually sleep around 5 or 6 hours a night, if I am lucky. Lately I haven't been so lucky. Being pregnant and in the last month I find it very difficult to get the sleep I need.

I try to get about 7 hours. If I sleepless than that, I usually feel lousy the next day. Sometimes it's hard to get enough sleep, though -- there is just too much to do!
