The earth has a natural greenhouse effect due to trace amounts of H2O and CO2 that naturally occur.The enhanced greenhouse effect refers to the augmentation of these natural gases by human activities.

You are true.These enhanced gases doesnt allow the sunlight that entered into earths atmosphere back into space and continues to reflect the sunlight back to the earth leading to temperature raises on the earth.
