DRINKING SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED AT THE NEW YEAR EVE. IT CAN BE VERY HARMFUL TO THE PEOPLE. DRINKING SHOULD DONE AT THE PARTIES ONLY. DONT DRINK WHEN U WANT TO DRIVE. IT WILL KLOST YOUR LIFE.

i think drinking and driving should not be allowed even on the new years eve. drinking while driving is very dangerous. it was not made illegal for nothing. more people would be at risk of accidents if this is allowed.

This has to be one of the stupidest questions I've seen yet on here. Of course not! Drinking and driving is AGAINST the law.
