What charities do you support and give to?

i give away clothes. and i support cancer research. and many more.. suchs as unicef

"God's Love We Deliver" an organization that delivers meals every day to people living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other serious illnesses.

My wife and I give to the March of Dimes and participate in their Walk America event every year. We also give items and food to the local PAVE shelter.

I donate to charity to help out physically and mentally challenged kids and young adults. I do so through a charity called "perfect pitch homerun durby" I actively help out too. It is a great way for me to do what I love in a supporting manner. I love baseball so why not take a swing for charity!

Most of my charitable contributions have been in the form of the volunteer work I do for various groups. I have been involved in fundraising activities for groups such as Coats for Kids, Toys for Tots, and Hospice of Michigan, just to name a few. Since my friends and I love to sing we have also been involved in recording several CDs which are availabe by donation to Hospice. We also quite often hold 50/50 raffles to help local families when events such as fires, accidents, or illnesses strike. I donate clothing to local charities whenever I have anything extra to give as well. For those who don't have money to give to charity, consider giving your time. Many organizations could use an extra hand.

Donate clothes and food to the needy. Never give cash to individuals as they might misuse it.

We give clothing to the Slavation Army, and items we are done with to our yearly church garage sale. As far as money, my office supports a cause every year so I donate to whatever that is. This year it was the humane society. Also, around Christmas, my department adopts two families from a program called "First Start". It's for women who have kids and had some kind of trouble where now they are on their own (as in abuse or any other hardships). They provide a wishlist for them and their kids, and we buy the presents :) That is the most fun one for me because usually I can find cool and cute stuff that they would really enjoy! That's about it right now :)

i give away my used items to the local goodwill store.also i contribute to World Vision's charity for children around the world. i do give for habitat for humanity once in a while.
