How is the best way to eat a lizard?

A) Freeze-dry the lizard and eat it in pellet form.
B) Cut off the lizard's head, feet and tail , then cook the rest and eat it.
C) Skin the lizard and remove the entrails, cook the meat and eat it when the surface bubbles and cracks.
Which do you think is the best way?
