well first of all you have to love the person your saying that 2,you can't say "i love u " to someone u just like or something but don't love,it shoudn't be hard to say "i love u" to someone u really love,so think about why u can't say the words.

I say it through jokes, but when we get more serious i say it again with sincerity and with love!...Im not fun of saying i love you!...I only say it through actions!...I know the girl would noticed it!...But when the right time comes, i will say it personally!...
