blanket while sleep......

Hello My place is hot, even during winter it is not much cold, i need a thin blanket in winter, i cover up to neck but in other seaons airconditioner keeps running even at night, i cover my with a thin cotton sheet, it is a habit of years lol Thanks for this nice discussion. hai ramya glad to meet U . I always cover fully my body including face and head while sleeping . it will be a thrilling pleasure by sleeping like this

while sleeping i will cover entire body by blanket

in winter season i use to cover fully and in summer i donot cover at all. it is better to cover up to cheast.

I do have with blanket with whether I use or not. If I need then use it but off and on I use upto waist.

Wherever cool we have to use it to make it hot

i use blanket like nowadays. In us now is winter so i use blanket. while in Indonesia i never use it. it's hot lol!

I will not cover totally with blanket i cant sleep by covering upto face i will just cover upto my neck.

i think blanket cover till chest is better as covered over face will create abscence of fresh air for our requirement so i think blanket till chest is a good choice.

i cover upto mah chest

I cover myself wid a Blanket and a Smooth Bed Sheet below it head to toe, cuddling myself to a sweet dream Sleep.. in any Season.

i will take my blanket up to chest only also it is good for health as when we breath we get fresh air easily otherwise we or our body has to work hard for to get oxygen. hell ms special ankush here my id is ankush1245@yahoo.com
