What is your new years resolution? Mine would be to get more exercise. Do you have one? Are you going to stick with it all year long? I really hope I do. So, please share yours with everyone on mylot.

I DEFINITELY want to quit smoking and also lose weight. I know those two things are hard to do together though! I also have a big goal for this year: to buy a house by April! :)

Oh, well good luck with the house. I smoke, but I enjoy it too much right now.I figure that if I quit smoking I could exercise better, but I'm just not ready to quit. Thanks for responding.

There are several things I want to do for the New Year, lose weight, save money, be more forgiving and loving to everyone I meet, spend more time with friends and family.

I'm still trying to quit smoking, I also want to resolve to maintain (if not raise) my GPA (3.833), and I also want to resolve to start doing my crunches and leglifts again on a daily basis. I hope to make it all year long, I hope to succeed in reaching all my resolutions for the first time ever. Good luck with your resolution, Tatsuya. (insert supportive smiley here)

Mine is to lose some weight. I am around 90 pounds overweight and my kids are always afraid I am going to have a heart attack. I am tired of being short of breath. I want to join an water aerobics class and go for walks with my granddaughter in the stroller on nice days. I also want to avoid an admission to hospital for my bipolar this year. This means I have to work with my doctor and take all my meds on time.

Good luck! I wouldn't want to see anyone in the hospital for any reasons. Well, unless they were having a baby, but that's it. Thanks for responding.
