Flowers as a Centerpiece

            Regardless of what your personal favorites might be, are there certain flowers that work well as a centerpiece for a dinner? Something that smells nice but isn't overpowering. Something that looks nice but isn't poisonous or shedding into somebody's dish.

                    Magnolias will do nicely. Put it in a clear bowl of water. The scent isn't so strong, it just lingers. Roses are just fine with me. Mix it with wild daisies, and you'll get a lovely bouquet for the table.
