What is "ugly"??

hey, it's my first time to create a discussion, so if I do anything wrong, say it then I can change it asap.^^Back to topic, What is "ugly"?? I don't think there is something like... ugly and beautiful (person wise) nobody can judge another one if he/she is ugly or not. I mean, who are you to say something like that?? it's his/her life, So why do you still bother her/him and say something like that?? How do you guys think about this??
