What´s the Cheapest Way to Send Things

I am trying to import some items from a factory in China but they quoted me 550 dollars for Fedex! Is shipping much cheaper? I could go to China and get them myself for that!

You could get the weights and look around online at other shipping companies.
Is it a wholesaler? I have been looking to find wholesale clothing from china for my boutique and can not find an acceptable web site....

What country are you from ? Can't they send it to you by ship ? FEDEX is by air so it's more expensive. Try checking also other couriers online and compare the prices.

Have you looked at the cost from your end rather than accepting what the exporters are telling you? Unless you need them urgently then it might be cheaper to have them sent registered mail although of course it will take a bit longer for them to arrive.
