My mother got breast cancer 4 years ago.
She has since changed the way she eats.
She did eat moderatly healthy before, and she always ate fruit every day since giving up smoking about 15 years ago.
Now she takes soya milk, always eats nuts and pulses and plenty of organic fruit and water.
What do you think? Do you believe, or can you prove that the "right" diet enables us to avoid cancer?

I believe eating a sensible diet is healthy for us. There are 7 Superfoods that have been proven to keep cancer at bay. They are Brazil Nuts, Broccoli,Flaxseed, Kumquats, Raspberries, Red Grapes and Tomatoes.
