Do you lose confidence as you grow old?

yes i think we lose a little confidence but not much to be of any trouble.. or problem cheers!

I am not old enough, or maybe I am old enough but still have the determination to be confident in my decisions. but I do have a mother and a mother in law who are both fixing to turn 70 and through this past year I have seen my mom lose most of her confidence and unsure in her decision making and is always asking us kids, or just not taking care of business because she is unsure what she should do. My mother in law on the other hand is still confident in her decision making but will always ask our opinion or advise. I think when we are young the world doesn't think we know what we are talking about because we are too young to know. On the other hand, when you are elderly, the world thinks you don't know what you are talking about because you are old and don't have all your silverware in the same drawer.
