Three things in a life once gone never come back.........

I would say that only thing that once lost never comes back is time and the rest are secondary and time dependent. Sometimes opportunities give yo a second chance and so can some words cancel the effect of your last words, like after you have said a lot of bad things to someone, just add," Got you, didn't I?" :)
