tell me something about control?

Well control is kind of balance which means to stable yourself. eg if you have watch a charaterless movies then you balance your mind which is control your mind and if your balance means control is goog then you are a goog person. And to improve your control ,,,, take some point in which you are the most powerful or most genius and go in the peoples who are not much good as you are and at that place stay calm and prove yourself and that in such a manner you can built your control.
