Head-banging snakes may predict EARTHQUAKES??!!

China has come up with an earthquake prediction system which relies on the behavior of snakes,When an earthquake is about to occur, snakes will move out of their nests, even in the cold of winter,If the earthquake is a big one, the snakes will even smash into walls while trying to escape..I think this is absolutely wild!! you can read it here.. http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20061228/sc_nm/china_snakes_dc_3 what do u think??

i think it's really cool! it's like before the tsunami struck, those animals are already acting out of their character (i forgot what) but nobody bother. i think it's what they called as 'animal instinct'
