People are born with lots of potential. some use it in a positive way and achieve others do not even realise that they even do.A simple kindling of the potentials can turn table.In my view environment can make a person sound what ever be his background.

Yes agree that environment plays a significant part but one should not overlook hereditary genetics with current knowledge of genes scientist now realize that gene make up can affect specific abilities of individuals.
