What's a useless post?

Been reading mylot discussions a lot of members here complains about useless posts here...I suggest everyday mylot will put on some theme or even every hour...a theme that members will be guided of what topic they are going to make so that posts will not be useless.coz some people here writes whatever comes into their minds at the moment they type on the keyboard.I suggest guidance here.thanks
