well my friend it is not possible to see the post and then submit it. there are so many post then how can we expect to see them and then start a discussion. if it has been started then let it be like that. if you feel that it should not be replied then dont reply to it. but the thing whih cyou are telling is not correct. even you might have created a discussion which might be ther already. so this is not a good way to respond.
