HOW U GET HAPPINESS??

By doing whatever makes you happy, and if you don't know what that is, and you're stuck within an unhappy 'world' go out and do something, find what makes you happy. You won't find it doing nothing and dwelling.

the only place you can look for happiness is within yourself .. no matter how sad you are .. there will always be a warm ray of light in your mind which will make you happy .. its upto you to look for the ray

Happiness is found anywhere you look for it. I find happiness in my children. When I look at their success and see them so full of life, I am at my happiest. I am happy when I get to finish a book. I am happy with a great cup of coffee and a chance to sit out on the step in the morning, just before the sun is fully up and before anything else is stirred awake in the world. If you look at the bad in the world you will never find your own happiness. Don't let all of that into your world, I don't. I know it's out there, I just choose not to let it take my life away from me, there for I provide my own happiness.
