Ritalin and Children

When I was pregnant with my son it seemed as though I din't rest. I was always hungry and it felt like I was starving all day long and couldn't get enough to eat (and funny enough my son can not stop eating-always looking for snacks and in-n-out of the refrigerator). I was suffereing badly from post pardom. I got pregnant with him just five months after I had my middle son. I was so depressed. Then my Dr's removed me from work because I had such bad anxiety that when ever I was around people I would get light headed and sometimes faint. I went to counseling when my Dr's removed me from work. I refused to take medication for fear that it would harm the baby. Do you think that I caused him to have these problems? Sometimes I feel guilty because I think that I made him this way because of the depression.
