Electronic or razor?

Which do you prefer and why? Electronic shave or a razor shave? I heard electronic shave leaves a mark on your skin is it true?

I have always used a razor. Never even tried an electric shaver before. Its just the way my dad showed me and i have never changed since as i have no need to. But i havnt actually got a full beard yet, im getting there, slowy, but still getting there.
