When you get bored, do you eat?

Sometimes, when there's nothing to do, I find myself looking through the refridgerator and cabinets. I'm not hungry, most of the time. Anyone else do this?

when I'm bored I'm going to the kitchen, open the refrigerator, close it and go back to where I came from.

It is something I can't control, a habit. I am also doing it when I'm troubled in my thoughts.

I do this as well. And, Im not too happy with the results! My new years resolution this year is going to be to STOP drinking soda, and to STOP eating out of boredom!

i do that all the time. it is a really bad habit because i end up eating when i don't need to. plus it has increased my appetite so now i get hungry more often because i am always eating. i don't really know what to do about it.

of course no ! In our famaily is breakfirst , dinner and little staks ant 8 o'clock it sounds syupid , health is better that way . I more prefer playing basketball .
