anyone reading the new terry pratchet book?

Oh, I can't believe that you're a Terry Pratchett fan as well! I am just so excited to meet another fan here on Mylot! I haven't read the newest book, no, but I also saw the Hogfather special around Christmas and it was amazing, and it reminded me of how much I love Terry Pratchett and his work! ^_^ He has long been my second favorite author of all time, after Douglas Adams' and his Hitchhiker's Guide series! Anyway, wow.. I hope that you get to read the book soon! And I hope that I do, too.. I'm really curious to see how it is! ^_^

I'm one of those "collector" people so I'm waiting until it comes out in paperback (the others I own are paperback)...Every time I go near the book shop in town I have to stick my head in the door and see if it is out yet! Unfortunately still no... (By the way...why ask if it's any good??? This is Terry Pratchett we are talking about Eskarena!) lol

ive never seen any of terry pratchets book dident think they would be my sort of read if the hogfather (which i watched at xmas) was anthing to go by i think i will have to see about buying some of the books is the book worth a read? better/worse/same as the show sorry to go of topic a little

I'm reading it! Bit of a late response but better late than never, I love the series the mcfeegles are brilliant and it's good to have more stories about Granny Weather Wax and Nanny Ogg I still haven't read hat full of sky though I must get it at some point. It's good to see him creating more female characters in recent years too, his books were dominated by male characters for a long time. Not that I minded but it makes them more balanced and shows he can write both.
