WikiPedia to launch search engine

Wikipedia has announced it will launch an open source, user driven search engine. Unlike current search engines that use algorithms, this one would use a combonation of people and open source technology. It is currently code named Wikisari. It is hoped to compete with both Google and Yahoo. Wikipedia is a non-profit organization.
