Tell me the name of the dream city or place that you would love to live in...Mine is Shanghai simply because it has the best modern well planned infrastructure and technologically advanced city..and many cities are aiming to make it look like Shanghai...for eg, i live in Mumbai and there are certain tasks carried out here to bring in facilities available in Shanghai.. I would love to live in New York City. That's been my dream since I was 4 years old, when I first saw the the city on TV and thought it was a fairy land or other made up place. I love the 24 hour mass transit, Broadway, Shea Stadium... It's perfect!

i am now living in shanghai. i was born in the city too. so...shanghai is a very special city for me. i like it very much. but i don't think it is a city which is suitable for living. there are too many people(more than 20million)in the city. you can see people everywhere, especially in public holidays. air is not good.(though it is much better than 20 years ago). so far, i have visited several cities in china or other countries. i think i would like to live in hongzhou(very close to shanghai). hangzhou is a very beautiful city. it is cleaner and less people than shanghai. we chinese call it "paradise",and yes,i quite agree with this opinion. plus it is very convenient to go to shanghai. it only takes 3hours by bus or 2hours by train from hongzhou to shanghai. i don't know whether arun687 has visited shanghai or not. but i suggest you should have a trip in hangzhou if you come to shanghai. maybe you will change you favourite city at that time. hehe.... anyway, i am so proud of hometown and welcome friends all over the world to visit it.
