I've learned that the hard way too. A guy will only respect you as much as you respect yourself also. If you don't respect yourself a great deal, he won't respect you enough to treat you good.

Well ... treatment goes both ways ... is a questions of response from and to BOTH sides ... in good as well as in not so good situations ... and quite a lot of this exchange is done by body language
