Can you base the successfulness of a man by the salary he earns?

This is mostly an issue to married couples on whose more successful among the partners. What are your thoughts and opinions regarding this matter?

I think success must be based on alot more than money. The successful person lives their lives as they see fit. They do not try to control others or to manipulate others for their own ends. They are comfortable within themselves and do not cause harm to others. The more peace of mind a person has, the more successful they are, in my opinion.

I think that some men feel uncomfortable if their spouse makes more money but I think that a person that works hard, no matter what their income, should be given respect

No, baby. It's not how much money you make, it's how you make your partner, your children, and other people, happy. It's more fulfilling that way.
