Arkansas Missing Person - Please help locate!

I am looking for my deadbeat ex-husband Euguene Edward Rial, age 42. He may be using a different middle name and have changed his year of birth to make him older. He was studying to become a truck driver. He is also good at body work, landscaping, construction type jobs. He is most likely dealing drugs. He works under the table to avoid paying child support. He has lived in Arkansas for many years now and Arkansas has finally agreed to collect my support, but they have no idea where he is. They are asking ME to supply them with his locate information and where he works. It seems to me they should be able to find this out better than I can. Anyhow, he has lived in Conway and Greenbrier that I know of. He has a girlfriend named Twyla, not sure how to spell it, and his wife, forgot her name, lives separate from him now. I will include an old pic I have of him, he may look a lot different, I have heard his hair goes down to his butt now. If anyone knows where he might be working, or can help me locate him, he owes me over $15,000 and it would make a tremendous difference in his daughter's life. His support is only $40 a week, he could make that working 3 days a week at Mc.Donald's, so there is no excuse for his not paying. His daughter is going to college soon and she will need classes to get her license and a car. We cannot afford these things. The support money would help so much, she would've already had her license by now if he were paying. Thank you for any help or suggestions.

Yes, that is him, but it is old information. That is why I had said he might be using B. for a middle initial and may have changed his birth year because that is not his middle initial or birth year, however, it is his second to last address. Anyway, thanks for trying and I am not sure how to email you but if there is anything you can do it would be appreciated. Thanks.

That phone number, obne of the ones listed for Eugene B. Rial, is listed to a Karen Scott of Harrison,AR. 1912 Azalea Dr., Harrison, AR 72601. Phone number: 870-365-0304.
A search for Karen Scott turned up a couple of hits. One in Conway, one in El Dorado.
Goggle her name, Karen Scott, Arkansas. Just like that and you will get some phone number/addresses. I'd paste it in, but I'm not up to 500 yet.

I once went looking for someone that I had met over 15 years ago when I was in London. I found them through a programme called ICQ by contacting people from the same area. Maybe you could try doing this? It might be worth a go.

I think the website is www.icq.com. It's like a chat program - along the lines of Yahoo. You can search for people by location, age, interest. I got talking to a man who worked with the father of the person I was trying to contact. Within a week I got an e-mail from my friend's father and he put me in contact with my friend. :)

I feel for you. Most people who "have the answers" to this stuff are people who have no clue how the REAL system works. People told me "get the courts involved", "make it all legal", "they'll go after him". Yeah, right. Not only do they not have to pay much at all, they can lie and get away with it without the government even checking! As a matter of fact, my ex was working FOR the government (postal service) when he lied and said he wasn't working there anymore. Not one ounce of checking was done. As for "they'll get him"... only if he stays put. They don't put the time, money or effort into finding these men, no matter what they would like you to believe!
I hope you find him. To be honest, you probably have a better chance of just moving on to make your life less miserable. Good luck either way!

I know the state of Arkansas, as I just moved from there 6 months ago. I had the same problem going through Child Support Enforcement. I gave them all the information they needed to serve papers, including what shift he worked and supervisors name! They told me they couldnt locate him! I raised all kinds of hell about it with them, which also did no good.
Call the Attorney Generals office in Little Rock...stay on them until they do something...get in touch with your Representative..stay on them too..
I wish you luck with this...I've been there, mine owed over $20,000...As far as your daughters education..GRANTS, GRANTS, GRANTS!!! Have you thought about going to college too? Again, GRANTS!!! There are many options open to you, be brave and take advantage of them. Good luck to you.. Keep the faith!!

Also, since you have his SSN, you can track his DLN..form an alliance with local law enforcement, they can legitimately run a trace on those numbers.

Now this is very interesting. I don't blame you for this post at all. Do what you do Ms! Mines owe $7500.00 Get these deadbeat fathers. HAve you contacted 1800Supportkids or to your local Child Support Enforcement Office. If he is working you can make sure they havesubmitted his name so that all his tax refunds come back to you until the payment is paid in full. Good Luck!

It is sounding more like a personal attempt for yourself now and not an attempt to help your daughter.I realize there are alot of schemes out there but you are either going to have to do what people are giving you advice on we cannot find him and get what he owes you because we really don't have all the facts and so far you have knocked everyones kind efforts out with your greed if you want to help your daughter you keep calling and you keep trying you don't make it personal.You have to make an effort to rectify the problem.

I have not "knocked" anyone's efforts at all. On the contrary, I have shared information and shared the results that I have had for their information. I am attempting to find him by all means I can. If I don't know how to do something someone suggests, I ask them how, that is not knocking it. I don't understand how you can call wanting money that is owed to me "greed".

Supportkids is a joke. I gave them his address and phone number and some possible work locations and weeks later I called them and they still had my status listed as searching for him. Meanwhile, I had to sign a paper promising to give them a percentage of everything they collected when I did all the work and supplied them with where he was and they did nothing at all. Then he comes to Michigan to see his sister and gets arrested and had to pay $750.00 to get out of jail and so I called supportkids to let them know and they were still looking for him and had done nothing at all, so I fired them and kept my money. Why should I give them a percentage when they did not even do anything to earn it? I would never use them again. They knew he moved fast from place to place and they did not act on the information in a timely manner before he moved on again.

You will probably not see the money. I am so sorry. Finding him will put him in jail.There is a statute of limitations once she is emancipated.By the by work your butt of on grants and scholarships.If you make that little and I know people that do she will have it paid for 100%.A lot of paper work girl but its worth it. There are free agencys to help you. Get somone to check for his drivers lisence and S.S. number.It will give you the last place he was. Hes prob.moving a lot.Work on remembering names and details from all the people in his past and present.

The warrant is only for Michigan. If he is not in Michigan they cannot put him in jail. I have a friend who is a bounty hunter and he is also trying to help me locate him. I also now have the state of Arkansas trying as well. I just thought if I appealed to people in his area they may recognize him.

instead of living in the present you are trying tolive in the past,your ex has abdicated his responsibilities towards you and your child,move on with your life,teach the child to be self sufficient,not always dependent like you,get married to someone rich you have plenty of options.

Spoken like a true deadbeat! How many kids are you not paying on? It is HIS kid too and it is not MY responsibility to support her alone, with no help from him and it is NOT my new husband's responsibility either, since he is paying on his own kid at the rate of $400.00 a month. I was working until I lost my job unexpectedly a year ago and have not been able to find work. Michigan is a tough place for jobs right now and I can't move as my husband's job is here. I am not living in the past, finding him is not my sole thought in my life everyday, everyday, everyday, it's just that Arkansas has finally decided to help me get my support and they want contact information so I am trying to assist them with my case. Thanks to those who stuck up for me!

Living in the past that was a good one...this is how it is and now she want to catch him for resons ..and many times it dosen´t need to be just for this reasons, it can also be for puting an end in thinkings and so on . She have take this step ..and he have a daughter with her ..so it´s a big reason to find out where he is. just not for the parent feelings..how about the daughter she may have some words how need to get out for have a chanse to get a end in this .

jal1948 you sound like my ex-boyfriend! yes, he is also not doing anything to raise his daughter! if marrying someone rich has always been your plan of attack well then good but one of these days they will figure it out and leave you out in the cold as well! you'll just be lucky that it will just be you and not a couple of newborns as well!

Have you tried doing a search with www.whitepages.com .. there are SEVEN Eugene Rial listings ... at least TWO are aged 42 and one is a listing for Conway ... the man you are searching for could be one of those
Make sure you check the Eugene E Rial listing it has FIFTEEN previous addresses ... sounds like it could be your man ...

I must be doing something wrong because I got one in California and one in Battle Creek, Michigan and they are not him. I don't know how you are getting the ones you are mentioning. Most likely the previous addresses are ones I already have though, I have been doing periodic searches on him to keep up with him as much as possible. I tried Eugene E. and Eugene B. since he sometimes uses that one. He did live in Conway at one time. Thanks.

Good luck finding him. I don't know him so I can't help you. My sister in law is having the same problem and I feel that if anyone can help they should. It's a shame that some people do not pay their obligation and the child is the one who pay's. Sorry you are going through this. Good luck again
