Sugar diabetics

Hi I have just found out I have sugar diabetics is there anyone that can tell me other things I should not consume, I do not drink skim milk any more and nor do I take sugar, but would like if I could receive some other help as to what other drinks,food etc I can have as so far the doctor has put me on some tablets and I have to go back in 2 weeks to find out this but I would love to know your thoughts.

I'm glad to see that you are taking it seriously. I have a friend that finds ways to "cheat" and doesn't understand that he's hurting himself. Originally he could control it by diet, but since he didn't he's now up to injections.
One thing that I read (I don't understand why) was that in making things like bath salts - that a diebetic shouldn't use things with Epsom salts in it.
