Women Supporting UK Football

I have supported Southampton Football Club in the UK for about 17 years, i have watched the highs and the lows including getting relegated for the first time in the clubs history. I was wondering if there were any women on mylot who support the game as much as I do. I do get a few funny looks from people when they ask what hobbies I have and I say that I have a season ticket for the club. I don't know if they think women don't know about football or what. Also I get the football dicussion at home as well as my husband is a community/academy coach for the club as well. So who does everyone else support? It doesn't have to be football.

Hi! I'm not a woman but I am a Saints fan and this is the only Saints related thread I could find! What do you think our chances are going to be this season? After last nights result I'm not too optimistic!

Hi ya, well after Saturday was bad enough but now after last night and Peterborough I can't believe it! What is happening to out team. How often do you go and watch?

I'm a season ticket holder so I put up with it a lot! The Peterboro result was embarassing. Do you think Burley should get the sack? Or is the board to blame?
