Secret Penny-pinching

Oh that is so cute!! Well actually cute that you posted it here and keep it a secret. But it might actually be something that a lot of people will try now. I have to admit I never thought of doing that myself but it could be useful. At the moment, I cannot think of anything I do to penny pinch that others dont already know I do. But this is a very entertaining discussion. :)

I do this with the storage bags and the margarine containers. I also have purchased the bisquick in a bottle because I had a coupon and after using it I washed it out and let it dry then I bought a box of bisquick pancake mix and put in the amount of dried mix and then whenever I am ready for it I just add the water and then I don't have to have a bowl or anything. You just add the water and shake it in the bottle and pour.

That's funny, I do the same thing. I was watching something on Oprah last wk. and she said that she does the exact same thing!!
