All animals have healing powers, especially concerning their human companions. Cats and Dolphins are especially gifted as healers on the earth planet, and have come to uplift and nurture. Cats are known to be highly psychic, and are instrumental in bringing important information to those who need it. My cats, especially the one, know when I am not well, and lie on the part that needs healing. She also sleeps on my chest the night before I give a difficult lecture. Invariably, new ideas abound in the morning.

i don't think they have healing powers, but i think that they remove our weariness and tiredness with their company, they make us smile even in distress and that surely helps u to recover,...they make body and mind relax, so its a sort of meditation which is again a source of good health...

It's more about love. When you see someone loves you, someone cares for you, someone can die for you (Dog), your mind gets power and the healing touch.

Yes i agree that they do. and i have heard also that if you have a sore they can lick it and it will heal faster. Rosie stated on the view that she let her dog lick her childrens b.u.t.t.s. to make the diaper rash heal faster she also said i think that her doctor recommended it . and she has 4 adopted children now.

I think animals have some kind of healing powers, if only in the comfort that they give you when you're ill. When I went through my cancer experience, both my dog and my cat wouldn't leave my side. They both had to lay right next to me. They give unconditional love, and they DO know when you're sick.
