When the gambling laws went into effect several months ago, I was furious! Now I'm unable to play slots or play poker. I think if it's a matter of them wanting to "babysit" our online activities, that's unfortunate. It's not their business if a person plays poker, or where they smoke a cigarette, or if Rush Limbaugh wants to use Viagra. But I think it's a matter of lost revenue. All of these sites were overseas. If they just would've asked these sites for a cut, we would still have them! Even if the U.S. funneled in 1% of the money the sites made, it would be substantial. Can't we all just get along? Do I really have to drive half an hour to a charity poker event to fleece drunk men out of their twenty bucks? Bring back online poker, I say!

I don't think its right. I know some people get carried away but most people don't.
