First off, I don't think it happened to quickly. I think it should have happened sooner personally. I abhor the idea of taking another life, but in the cause of justice in this case I have to agree with the verdict. I do think that his execution will spur acts of violence, especially to Americans and the British. I also thing though that now that it is over, the Iraqi government can gain control and hopefully we can end this war and bring our troops home. It is my hope and prayer that the violence doesn't escalate and that it will be controlled quickly.

I think most of the Iraqi people were waiting for him to be done with. He didnt have that many supporters left, really. I'd be surprized if anything except a few small skirmishes, if that, happens at all.

Yes I think it will spur many terror acts all over the world! I also think every government on the face of the planet knew this. The people in power always have a plan and it is usually not always for the good of the population. I think America is at great risk now for terror attacks. The war will not end like everyone hopes, this will just prolong it and it will get worse. I think the actual act of the execution was very quick after the verdict was read. I don't think the fact that he was found guilty or served a verdict was quick enough. That should have taken place the first year after his capture.

i think the iraqi people need to move on, and if it was a fast execution that was needed that so be it, just do blame the world, for it was his peers that judged him plus a judge.

I think it will make his followers so angry they will do just about anything out of that anger, I feel maybe there is no solution now.

i see it has split the iraqi people into groups and some are protesting the execution and some are happy with it.

but some will make it and effort to stop them. However, I do not agree that bush is going to be sending in more troops.
