" E - Gold " Haven for Scammers "

I have been using E-gold for a couple of months now and I have beed scammed many times. I tried to file a complain to E-gold management to try to recover my money but they said the transaction is irreversible. How can this be? Its plain as daylight highway robbery. According to E-gold website its better that Credit Card because the fees are low and no charge back. Well, its ok if the businesess using these are legit but what about those who use this for scam purposes. They're not gonna lift a finger about those sites that lurks in the Internet trying to steal your hard earned money. If E-gold keeps on ignoring incident like this, their demise is not very far. I know I'm not the only one who experienced this, there's thousand of us and we dont know where to turn to. I hope the authorities do something about this or many more more people will end up like me. Is there anybody out know how to get my money back? I need your opinion and advice.
