unfair approach towards unlimited users by bsnl!!

BSNL has decided to upgrade all connection speed to 2Mbps except for the unlimited plan users. Now limited users can download more data during the free night hours than the unlimited users. I have already sent a mail to the bsnl officers about this unfair step they have taken!
