Oh darn it isnt always that I get breakfast. Most of the time I aint hungry. But if I were in a hotel and I head on down for their breakfast, wow I can gobble all the way through lunch literally! I don't really like bread for breakfast. I would be happy with say fish ball mee pok. In UK i generally like the american and british kinda food. Tomatos, bacon, sausages, omelette, hash browns! I love hash browns for brekkie.

Ragi is a kind of grain. It has to be fried along with cashews, rice, badam, wheat grain and powdered nicely. This powder can be stored for months. While making the porridge, u can add oats also.

For a long time I eat nothing as my stomach can't "wake up" until recent years, I learned to have something as it is the most important meal of the day. My breakfast now is usually 1 - 2 slices of bread and tea.

I think it's cos your body starts to work and the metabolism rate went higher which makes you hungry more often.. it's probably like exercise, though it will help you to lose weight, but if you can't control your diet, then it will have a reverse effect =) I'm sure once your body adjust to breakfast, it'll be ok =)
