Any luck with "target zones"?

To be blunt, I have large breasts, due both to genetics and the fact that I am a little overweight. I would like to slim down a bit (lose a bit of fat around the tummy, some off of the thighs, hips...) but keep as much of my chest as I can? Any recommendations about target zones? Does that even work well? Thanks...

Crunches are great to slim down the tummy area. A backwards leg lift will help the thighs, get on your hands and knees, lift one leg up toward your back , then back down until you feel the cheek of your butt burn, then do the other legs. Leg lifts on your back will also help the thighs. Hips I have no idea this is my problem zone and have not found a good exercise for trimming this area.

Make sure ur postures right. Stand straight and hold your tum in. Im not saying that following my advise gives you washboard abs or anything. But holding your tum in is the easiest excercise you can do..even while watching t.v. Keep at it and youll look great.. Do not eat after 8pm!

With my schedule, that's impossible...but the concept it good. My main problem is that I eat one meal a day, usually, and it's when I come home late at night, very tired from work and whatever, and eat before I crash for a couple of hours. Thanks though!

I've basically just got a layer of extra padding. Except my lowers legs - almost too muscular (bulky - I walk everywhere). My main focus points are my tummy and hips, at this point. Thighs and arms (which really aren't too bad) can be taken care of. Thanks for...well, no advice, but commenting! =0)
