Saddam Hussein hanged

Iraq's former dictator was hanged Saturday for crimes committed in a brutal crackdown during his rule. Saddam Hussein argued with guards moments before his death, one witness said. Another official said Hussein was "a broken man." President Bush called the execution "an important milestone" for Iraq. from CNN.com article... Guys is this the end of terror in the middle East??? is this the start for world peace?? or a start for another problem??? Is the dark era of IRAQ has now stopped? speak up guys...

This can be seen as a milestone in the fight against terrorism, but I doubt very much that it will solve the problems in Iraq, the Middle East or indeed worldwide. The pro-Saddam faction will no doubt be after there retribution, then there will be the retaliation to whatever they do, then they will retaliate to that - a vicious circle and no end as far as I can see in my lifetime. A sad thought but I regret one that I feel is real.
