An effective remedy for dandruff

Of late alternative medicines offer a wide range of solutions to many ailments,where established systems fail. Take dandruff,that looks like a common ailment yields only to alternative remedies. The best part is, the remedies will not lead to side effects. Here are some effective methods to treat dandruff.The content was taken from http://www.myhomeremedies.com/topic.cgi?topicid=61 Look at the ingredients on the back of you shampoo bottles. 1)If you see ammonium lauryl sulfate. I suggest to discontinue use. Ammonium Lauryl sulfate. Is what they use to make the shampoo soapy. This causes dandriff, itchy skin, and burning. If will be hard to find a product with out this ingredient. Because 95% of shampoos contain this. I would try looking for organic 2)Rinse the hair with a mixture of 3 tablespoons vinegar and one cup water to eliminate shampoo residue which can cause scalp irritation. 3)Create a mixture of curd, lime juice, cider, vinegar, and amla (Goose berry) juice and apply to hair.

hi, yes it is true that this ingredients of shampoo can cause of dandruff and itchy of the scalp of our head,that is why i am searching of a shampoo that its excluded to avoid itchiness and dandruff,but most of the anti dandruff shampoo contain sodium laurel sulfate that can cause of breakage of the hair.
