Call center customer service

I have never worked in one. I have had a lot of bad experiences with ones that I have called that outsource their work to India and other forgien countries. Nothing is more fustrating when you explain your problem, then person gives you an answer that has nothing to do with your problem (sounds like they are reading from a script) and when you exlpain yourself again, you realize that yeah they can "speak" English, but really have no comprehension of what you are saying.
