Here For The Money Or For The Discussions??

some people create 100's of posts each day, and it makes me think whether it is good for this site??
these people who post 100's of posts each day are here to just post poor quality posts and earn $$'s but that isnt the purpose of this site, is it? i thought it was a community to help others and share views, by posting and discussing high quality discussions?? and the money offered should only be a bonus rather than the main incentive.
what are you here for??

i'm here for the discussions, i must admit when your new on here it's quite hard to know what works well for discussion. I'm here to quit drinking and it helps me to think about something else instead of drinking.
I'm not sure how honest you can be when you reply, some discussions can hit home sometimes. I'm not one for beating around the bush i'm up front. Do you think this is good or bad?
People should honour everone's opinions don't you think

yes you sound like an ideal user of mylot to me, someone who is here for the discussions and upfront with their opinions.

Honesty always is the best policy with anything we do in life and this site at myLot is no exception. There is a great community spirit here and some of the discussions posted are a credit to them all. May it continue for a long time as we all have our problems and knowing that we have a place to ask for help is fantastic.

well if u ask me i m initially here for money than a good discussion .....because without a good discussion u can't earn a good money..

I agree. There are a lot of rubbish posts out there. However there are also a lot of great discussions going.I was attracted to the site by the fact that you could express your opinion and get paid for it. Its not serious money so unless you're cheating the system I would suspect most people are here for the discussions with the bonus being that you can earn a little bit of money along the way.

I am here for the discussions, I like to beable to have good discussions with people because there are some peopel who do like to discuss what the topic is actually about. If it were about the money then I would not be here because it is about .02 a discussion.

i agree the money is minimal, but yet people flood the site to earn their $2 a day! its pointless!

Well m here for both the things actually !
There are so many discussions here and it feels really nice to see that people are actually getting involved in it and putting their efforts ,may be for making money or may be for the sake of topics which they think should be discussed here !

Well the amount of money and the time required to earn it makes me think it's not worth being here for the money. Althoug I will accept any I earn. :)
I belong to many forums. I don't go to them every day but I like going to see what people are talking about and if it interests me I will take part in the discussion.
I love learning and that is what keeps me active otherwise I would just be a couch potato watching mindless things all day and night.
so I have to say I am here 1) because I was invited by a friend, 2) I love a good and I mean good conversation.

i agree with you. Its a good thing that myLot is giving a part of their profits to its users. To earn for money alone requires spending considerable amount of time on mylot. I also am a member of other communities and so i don't get time to spend on mylot alone. Money should be the least criterion for mylotters. I do a maximum 5 to 10 posts each day. rest of the time i just read through the discussions here. there are some quality discussions and members around that makes me come back to this site again and again

I agree Sirwillyam. There are probably many people on this site who are in it for the money only and post ridiculous amounts of s**t in order to see their number climb higher. I joined through a good friend of mine because I love forums like this where MOST of the posts are intelligent, well thought out and discussed in an intelligent manner. I find it easier to ignore the idiots and focus on the great minds out there! I've only been a member for a few hours and already I am hooked! Looking forward to chatting with you some more!

i agree. when i first visited mylot i thoght its gonna be a nice forum to join and might have lots of interesting and informative posts but then when i started to roam around i figured there's stupid posts almost everywhere and its hard to find the right informations. but thoough some are really good to read. anywayz do u guys know about good forums where i can learn about site linking, good SEO job, marchent account, international DEBIT cards? just name some and ill find them out. thnx guys and keep the good work. lets make mylot a better forum with good informations

I think most of the ppl started discussion for money as i started but i m enjoying these discussions much more and give suggestion to others as per my idea abt any thng or any problem.

I joined this site few days ago with only intention of making money but then i started reading every posts and i came to know the things that i was unable to find on the internet then i realised the real strength of this site. thereafter i became a big fan of this site. now i come to this site for quality contents and making money is the second intention for coming to this site.

I am here to spread disinformation about the purpose of occulta-veritas. I was paid a large sum of money to act like the game isn't really a religious cult. Telling lies for money seemed like a fun thing to do. All I have to do is try and catch conversations on various forums and attempt to disrupt their thinking process and lead them in false directions. Pretty neat, actually.

We all are here for the money it's safe and fun i have to admit. But in principle, we are here for the money all of us, altough some say they are here for the discussion, i bet it is not true.

Well I have been on this site for very close to 5 months ...lol. You can tell by my rating i'm not making over 100 post a day but the money is the main reason I am here to be honest. The discussion have gotten better so that is a plus to I guess.

Well i am here for both the reasons discussions bcoz i enjoy them and money bcoz is my passion....though more i like discussions here coz one cannot earn a life over here just a little few bucks!

its almost impossibe to be here for both reasons. because if you are here for the discussions then you should reply and post with quality which takes time, therefore only enabling minature earnings, whereas if you are here for the money, then you post 100's of posts of rubbish, and earn a few more dollars.
but im guessing when people say both, they mean that their here to discuss topics with the community and whilst doing so, the few dollars you earn are a bonus.

well if you post porr quality one word posts, then your discussion may be deleted by mylot and you will earn nothing for it, so you will earn more if you post higher quality posts.

I'm here for the discussions, - quality discussions, I think there should be a limit to the number of discussions started by people every day, and should respond to several discussions for each discussion that they start. No point in being here just for the money as its not very well paid. Quality is better than quantity.
