I read today that 5 out of every 100 snorers have sleep apnea. This means that as many as 400 times a night, the person stops breathing for a few seconds. The article also said that people with sleep apnea also have a higher death rate. The article said that if you believe you have this or know someone that has this, then you should contact your doctor. What do you think about this? Do you or someone you know suffer from this?
