GWB has finally decided to secure the US southern border by sending 6,000 National Guardsmen to assist the already existing army of border patrol agents. No longer will the corrupt Mexican government be able to send its poor to the southern US border. They will now have to find a real solution for their sad economic state. Here are some of the economic/social benefits: - fewer facilities needed to house prisoners and as such less staff will be needed to maintain the prisons - with less desperate poor people, crime rates will fall and as such so will the police force needed to maintain peace - less likely dangerous cargo, including illegal drugs, or people will be sneaked through to hurt Americans - less likely Mexicans, including entire families, will be found dead on the road in some dirty van or diesel, or dead of dehydration in the middle of the desert
